You can be a ritual maker. Not just a participant but the leader. Feeding
the Spirit tells you how
to create ceremonial rites, festivals and celebrations in your own home.
First, start with the ingredients:
simple personal belongings that hold special meaning for you. Then follow
the directions: straightforward
guidelines for turning ordinary daily events into special moments that will
nourish your spirit. Once you
get the hang of it, you can improvise and create unique rituals all your own.
And you can share the
good feeling of these special moments, too, by consulting the section on
how to lead group
celebrations. Whether you celebrate alone or with your friends, the rituals
you create will uncover new
meaning in old places and rejuvenate your spirit of life.
